Events & Guest Experience Coordinator

 

Le Nar is hiring a part-time Events & Guest Experience Coordinator to help build an enthusiastic audience for our curated live music and fine-dining experiences across New York and New Jersey.

We create intimate, unforgettable evenings blending French chansons, Mediterranean elegance, global rhythms, and vibrant social energy in boutique restaurants and hospitality venues.

 

We’re looking for a warm, proactive connector—someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

 

This is not a typical admin role. It’s about hospitality, community, and creating magic.

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Drive guest outreach and follow-ups across Instagram, WhatsApp, email, text messaging, etc.

• Handle ticket inquiries and streamline reservations

• Cultivate relationships with repeat guests and VIPs

• Support event promotion and community engagement

• Manage guest lists and CRM organization

• Coordinate special requests—birthdays, groups, and VIP experiences

• Nurture past attendees to boost repeat business

• Spot and develop local partnerships

 

Who You Are

 

• Exceptional communicator with a warm, polished presence

• Social media- and messaging-savvy (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Passionate about hospitality, music, arts, culture, or events

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Prior experience in events, restaurants, hospitality, or community management is a big plus

 

Position Details

 

• Part-time: 15–20 hours/week to start

• Location: Hybrid—remote + on-site in New York / New Jersey (local candidates preferred)

• Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses tied to ticket sales and guest growth
